Finra Standards

FINRA standards are the rules, qualification requirements, and professional conduct expectations that govern U.S. broker-dealers and registered representatives, helping promote fair dealing and investor protection. In finance, these standards shape how securities are recommended, transactions are handled, customer information is managed, and conflicts are addressed. Understanding them supports compliance programs, informs ethical decision-making, and helps investors and industry professionals evaluate whether market activity meets established regulatory expectations.
