Additionally, the presence and behavior of other customers, such as in a crowded bank, can also influence an individual's service experience.
The service delivery process includes visible aspects, like the steps and interactions during service delivery, such as obtaining a bank loan.
Conversely, the technical core includes unseen operations essential for service production, such as the back-office banking processes for loan approvals.
