Plant viral nanopartikler (VNPs) er lovende plattformer for applikasjoner i biomedisin. Her beskriver vi prosedyrene for plante VNP forplantning, rensing, karakterisering og bioconjugation. Til slutt viser vi anvendelsen av VNPs for tumor homing og bildebehandling ved hjelp av en mus xenograft modell og fluorescens bildebehandling.
