Vi presenterer en protokoll for å undersøke mRNA uttrykk biomarkers periosteum-avledet celler (PDC) av vitamin C (vitamin C) og 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D [1,25-(OH)2D3]. I tillegg vil vi sjekke bostedets PDC evnen til å differensiere i osteocytes, chondrocytes og adipocytter.
