Ce protocole introduit une méthode pour développer un échafaudage utilisant les reins de rat décellulaires. Le protocole comprend des processus de décellularisation et de recellularisation pour confirmer la biodisponibilité. La décellularisation est réalisée à l’aide de Triton X-100 et de dodécyl sulfate de sodium.
