We presenteren een protocol voor het bouwen van een eenvoudig sporenverdelingssysteem bestaande uit een inentingsdoos met een gaas van ~ 50 μm en een transparante plastic kamer. Dit kan worden gebruikt om planten gelijkmatig in te enten met echte meeldauwsporen, waardoor een nauwkeurige en reproduceerbare beoordeling van ziektefenotypen van bestudeerde planten mogelijk wordt.
