예비 조사 결과 지주막하 출혈(SAH)이 뇌 주위 세포 사멸을 유발한다는 사실이 확인되었습니다. SAH 후 세포주위 수축성을 평가하려면 생존 가능한 뇌 주피세포와 생존 불가능한 뇌 주피를 구별해야 합니다. 따라서 뇌 절편에서 생존 가능한 뇌 주피세포와 생존 불가능한 뇌 주위 세포를 동시에 라벨링하는 절차가 개발되어 고해상도 컨포칼 현미경을 사용하여 관찰을 용이하게 합니다.
