Abstract

Introduction

Protocol

1. 实验准备

2. 系统清洗

4. 分析序列

Representative Results
开发并实现了由自制的基于 LabVIEW 的软件操作的全自动 AUTORAD 平台 (图 1)。该软件允许在用户友好的环境中为日常操作提供足够的灵活性 (图 2)。通过将该平台与不同的检测器 (图 3) 耦合在一起, 也证明了该系统的通用性。该方法的适用性已在含90Sr 标准 (图 4) 的水样中显示。对参数的线性度、线性范围、检测极限 (LOD) 和重复性进行了评估 (图 5)。

Discussion
