3d Probe Imaging

3D probe imaging is a bioengineering approach that uses a probe to detect biological structures, molecules, or physical properties and represent them within a three-dimensional space. The probe interacts with its target or responds to a local condition, while measurements collected across different positions, depths, or viewing angles are combined computationally to reconstruct a spatial map. This method helps researchers visualize the organization and distribution of features in cells, tissues, and engineered biological systems. By linking localized signals with three-dimensional structure, 3D probe imaging supports quantitative analysis, biomaterial evaluation, and the design of advanced tools for studying complex biological environments.
