Deputy director of Urology administration of Beijing hospital, director of English teaching and research section of Education Department of Beijing Hospital. Member of International Exchange Committee of Chinese society of Urology, member of medical laser and equipment professional committee, member of oncology group of Beijing Society of Urology, member of Urology branch of Beijing Medical Award Foundation, young member of Urology branch of male genitourinary cancer Professional Committee of anti cancer association, young member of Urology branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, young member of Chinese Geriatric Society Committee member. He has studied in King's College Hospital in London, Duke University Hospital in the United States and University of Toronto Hospital in Canada. Mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of urogenital system tumors (including prostate cancer, renal cancer, bladder cancer, etc.) and prostate hyperplasia in the elderly. He is especially good at the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer. He participated in the establishment of the prostate cancer expert cooperation group of Beijing hospital and presided over the multidisciplinary case seminar of prostate cancer in Beijing Hospital
