Biography

Lili Ma received her Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2007 from Brown University where she studied under Professor Paul G. Williard. After two years of postdoctoral work in Professor Scott Gilbertson’s lab at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Dr. Ma began her independent career in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Northern Kentucky University. The Ma Research Group is interested in transition metal catalysis, microwave-assisted organic reactions and bioactive molecule synthesis and evaluation.
