Biography

Mohit Dave is a Doctoral candidate in the Development, Stem cells and Regenerative Medicine program at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA. He has obtained his undergraduate degree in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai, India and his Master's degree in Biotechnology from the BITS Pilani university in Hyderabad, India.

His current interests lie in understanding the role of lipid metabolism in the early development of embryos. He also studies primordial germ cell migration and development in avian embryos using novel fluorescent trangenic quail lines.
