Biography

Carlos Victor Montefusco-Pereira is a PhD in pharmaceutical technology at Saarland University and at the Helmholtz Institute of Pharmaceutical Research Saarland (HIPS) as Early Stage Researcher Marie Curie Fellow from the European Union’s HORIZON 2020 Program H2020-MSCA-ITN-2014, Project NABBA (Design, and Development of advanced NAnomedicines to overcome Biological BArriers and to treat severe diseases). He graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (Universidade Paulista, Brazil, 2010) and M.Sc. Forensic Sciences (University of Lincoln. UK, 2014), after working as health officer at the Manaus Health City Office and as intern/consultant on quality of medicines at the World Health Organization (Switzerland).
