After a PhD in Eletronics obtained in 2006 on a multidisciplinary subject dealing with Electronics and Biology (Scanning Near-field Optical Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy applied on bacteria), I joined the Centre d'Immunologie de Marseille Luminy (CIML).
Since 2007, I develop new microscopes and analysis methodologies applied to immunology, cellular membrane organization, etc.
I have an expertise in multiple optical microscopy techniques such as for example spot variation Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (svFCS), Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM), spectral confocal imaging, etc.
