Nicht-steroidale entz&uuml;ndungshemmende Medikamente (NSAIDs) geh&ouml;ren zu den am h&auml;ufigsten verschriebenen Medikamente in der klinischen Praxis. Derzeit mehrere Varianten der Festdosis-Kombinationen (FDCs) von NSAR sind rezeptfrei erh&auml;ltlich und werden auch verschrieben wird. Gibt es Mangel an Literatur &uuml;ber vergleichende Wirksamkeit dieser Kombinationen gegen ihre einzelnen Komponenten. Verschiedene klinische Studien haben erh&ouml;hte Inzidenz von Magen Ulzerationen mit Nutzung von mehr als einem NSAID gleichzeitig dokumentiert.

Various clinical studies have documented increased incidence of gastric ulcerations with usage of more than one NSAID simultaneously.

The first 45 amino acid region of brome mosaic virus (BMV) capsid protein (CP) contains RNA binding and structural domains that are implicated in the assembly of infectious virions. One such important structural domain encompassing amino acids 28QPVIV32, highly conserved between BMV and cowpea chlorotic mottle virus (CCMV), exhibits a Î²-hexamer structure. In this study we report that alteration of the Î²-hexamer structure by mutating 28QPVIV32 to 28AAAAA32 had no effect either on symptom phenotype, local and systemic movement in Chenopodium quinoa and RNA profile of in vivo assembled virions. However, sensitivity to RNase and assembly phenotypes distinguished virions assembled with CP subunits having Î²-hexamer from those of wild type. A comparison of 3-D models obtained by cryo electron microscopy revealed overall similar structural features for wild type and mutant virions, with small but significant differences near the 3-fold axes of symmetry.

Eine solche wichtige strukturelle Dom&auml;ne umfasst Aminos&auml;uren 28QPVIV32, stark konserviert zwischen BMV und Cowpea chlorotische Mottle Virus (CCMV), weist eine &beta;-Hexamer-Struktur. In dieser Studie, die wir berichten, dass die &Auml;nderung der &beta;-Hexamer Struktur durch Mutation von 28QPVIV32 zu 28AAAAA32 wirkungslos montiert entweder auf Symptom Ph&auml;notyp, lokale und systemische Bewegung in Chenopodium Quinoa und RNA-Profil von in-vivo Virionen. Un tale dominio strutturale importante che comprende 28QPVIV32 di amminoacidi, altamente conservato tra BMV e cowpea chlorotic mottle virus (CCMV), esibisce una struttura &beta;-hexamer. La regi&oacute;n de amino&aacute;cido primero 45 de c&aacute;pside brome mosaic virus (BMV) (CP) contiene RNA vinculantes y dominios estructurales que est&aacute;n implicados en el montaje de viriones infecciosos. Un tal dominio estructural importante que abarca los amino&aacute;cidos 28QPVIV32, altamente conservadas entre virus de moteado clor&oacute;tico BMV y caup&iacute; (CCMV), exhibe una estructura de &beta;-hexamer. En este estudio que se reporta que la alteraci&oacute;n de la estructura del &beta;-hexamer por mutando 28QPVIV32 a 28AAAAA32 no tuvo ning&uacute;n efecto en el fenotipo del s&iacute;ntoma, movimiento local y sist&eacute;mico en Chenopodium quinoa y perfil de RNA de in vivo montado viriones. Sin embargo, sensibilidad a la RNasa y Asamblea fenotipos distinguido viriones montados con subunidades de CP con &beta;-hexamer de los de tipo salvaje. Una comparaci&oacute;n de modelos tridimensionales obtenidas por microscop&iacute;a electr&oacute;nica de crio revelada en general similares caracter&iacute;sticas estructurales de tipo salvaje y mutantes viriones, con peque&ntilde;as pero significativas diferencias cerca de los tres veces ejes de simetr&iacute;a.
