&#x5171;&#x5B58;&#x7684;&#x793E;&#x4F1A;&#x7C7B;&#x578B;&#xFF1A; &#x8682;&#x8681;&#x798F;&#x7C73;&#x5361; exsecta &#x9057;&#x4F20;&#x7684;&#x4EBA;&#x53E3;&#x7ED3;&#x6784;&#x3002;

The ant Formica exsecta has two types of colonies that exist in sympatry but usually as separate subpopulations: colonies with simple social organization and single queens (M type) or colonial networks with multiple queens (P type). We used both nuclear (DNA microsatellites) and mitochondrial markers to study the transition between the social types, and the contribution of males and females in gene flow within and between the types. Our results showed that the social types had different spatial genetic structures. The M subpopulations formed a fairly uniform population, whereas the P subpopulations were, on average, more differentiated from each other than from the nearby M subpopulations and could have been locally established from the M-type colonies, followed by philopatric behavior and restricted emigration of females. Thus, the relationship between the two social types resembles that of source (M type) and sink (P type) populations. The comparison of mitochondrial (phiST) and nuclear (FST) differentiation indicates that the dispersal rate of males is four to five times larger than that of females both among the P-type subpopulations and between the social types. Our results suggest that evolution toward complex social organization can have an important effect on genetic population structure through changes in dispersal behavior associated with different sociogenetic organizations.

La fourmi Formica esp&egrave;ces a deux types de colonies qui existent en sympatrie mais g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement sous le nom distinctes sous-populations : colonies avec organisation sociale simple et uniques queens (type M) ou r&eacute;seaux coloniales avec plusieurs reines (type P). Nous avons utilis&eacute; le nucl&eacute;aire (microsatellites de l&#39;ADN) et les marqueurs mitochondries d&#39;&eacute;tudier la transition entre le social et la contribution des m&acirc;les et des femelles dans le flux g&eacute;n&eacute;tique au sein et entre les types. Nos r&eacute;sultats ont montrent que les types sociaux des structures g&eacute;n&eacute;tiques spatiales diff&eacute;rentes. Les sous-populations M forment une population assez homog&egrave;ne, alors que les sous-populations de P &eacute;taient, en moyenne, plus diff&eacute;renci&eacute;es de chacun autrement que des sous-populations de M &agrave; proximit&eacute; et pourraient ont &eacute;t&eacute; &eacute;tablies localement des colonies M-type, suivie de comportement philopatriques et restreinte l&#39;&eacute;migration de femelles. Ainsi, la relation entre les deux types de sociales ressemble &agrave; celui de la source (type M) et r&eacute;cepteur (type P) populations. Koexistenz der sozialen Typen: genetische Bev&#xF6;lkerungsstruktur in der Ameise Formica exsecta.

La Formica Formica exsecta ha due tipi di colonie che esistono in Simpatria ma solitamente come distinte sottopopolazioni: colonie con semplice organizzazione sociale e singole regine (tipo M) o reti coloniale con pi&ugrave; regine (tipo P). Abbiamo utilizzato sia nucleare (microsatelliti del DNA) e marcatori mitocondriali per studiare la transizione tra i tipi sociali e il contributo di maschi e femmine nel flusso genico all&#39;interno e tra i tipi. I nostri risultati hanno mostrato che i tipi sociali avevano diverse strutture genetiche spaziali. Sottopopolazioni M formano una popolazione abbastanza uniforme, mentre le sottopopolazioni P erano, in media, pi&ugrave; differenziate da ogni diverso dalla vicinanze sottopopolazioni M e potrebbero sono state stabilite localmente dalle colonie tipo M, seguita da comportamento filopatriche e limitato l&#39;emigrazione delle femmine. Cos&igrave;, il rapporto tra i due tipi sociali assomiglia a quello di origine (tipo M) e lavello (tipo P) delle popolazioni. Il confronto di mitocondriale (bethmotes) e differenziazione (FST) nucleare indica che il tasso di dispersione dei maschi &egrave; quattro o cinque volte maggiore di quello delle femmine tra le sottopopolazioni di P-tipo e tra i tipi sociali. I nostri risultati suggeriscono che evoluzione verso la complessa organizzazione sociale pu&ograve; avere un effetto importante sulla struttura genetica della popolazione attraverso cambiamenti nel comportamento di dispersione associato sociogenetic diverse organizzazioni.

La hormiga Formica exsecta tiene dos tipos de colonias que existen en simpatr&iacute;a pero generalmente como diferentes subpoblaciones: colonias con organizaci&oacute;n social simple y solas reinas (tipo M) o redes coloniales con m&uacute;ltiples reinas (tipo P). Utilizamos tanto nuclear (ADN microsat&eacute;lites) y marcadores mitocondriales para estudiar la transici&oacute;n entre los tipos sociales y la contribuci&oacute;n de machos y hembras en flujo g&eacute;nico dentro y entre los tipos. Los resultados demostraron que los tipos sociales ten&iacute;an diferentes estructuras gen&eacute;ticas espaciales. Las subpoblaciones M formaron una poblaci&oacute;n bastante uniforme, mientras que las subpoblaciones P fueron, en promedio, m&aacute;s distinguidas de uno que de las subpoblaciones M cercanas y podr&iacute;an se han establecido localmente de las colonias de tipo M, seguido por comportamiento filop&aacute;tricos y emigraci&oacute;n restringida de las hembras. As&iacute;, la relaci&oacute;n entre los dos tipos sociales se asemeja a la de fuente (tipo M) y fregadero (tipo P) poblaciones. La comparaci&oacute;n de (phiST) mitocondrial y nuclear diferenciaci&oacute;n (FST) indica que la tasa de dispersi&oacute;n de los machos es cuatro a cinco veces m&aacute;s grande que el de las hembras entre las subpoblaciones de tipo P y entre los tipos sociales. Nuestros resultados sugieren que la evoluci&oacute;n hacia la compleja organizaci&oacute;n social puede tener un efecto importante en la estructura gen&eacute;tica poblacional a trav&eacute;s de cambios en comportamiento de dispersi&oacute;n asociado con organizaciones de diferentes sociogen&eacute;ticos.

DNA polymorphism at 22 loci was studied in an average of 47 Norway spruce [Picea abies (L.) Karst.] haplotypes sampled in seven populations representative of the natural range. The overall nucleotide variation was limited, being lower than that observed in most plant species so far studied. Linkage disequilibrium was also restricted and did not extend beyond a few hundred base pairs. All populations, with the exception of the Romanian population, could be divided into two main domains, a Baltico-Nordic and an Alpine one. Mean Tajima's D and Fay and Wu's H across loci were both negative, indicating the presence of an excess of both rare and high-frequency-derived variants compared to the expected frequency spectrum in a standard neutral model. Multilocus neutrality tests based on D and H led to the rejection of the standard neutral model and exponential growth in the whole population as well as in the two main domains. On the other hand, in all three cases the data are compatible with a severe bottleneck occurring some hundreds of thousands of years ago. Hence, demographic departures from equilibrium expectations and population structure will have to be accounted for when detecting selection at candidate genes and in association mapping studies, respectively.

Auf der anderen Seite sind die Daten in allen drei F&auml;llen mit schweren Engpass Auftritt vor Tausenden von Jahren einige hundert kompatibel. Growth in perennial plants possesses an annual cycle of active growth and dormancy that is controlled by environmental factors, mainly photoperiod and temperature. In conifers and other nonangiosperm species, the molecular mechanisms behind these responses are currently unknown. In Norway spruce (Picea abies L. Karst.) seedlings, growth cessation and bud set are induced by short days and plants from southern latitudes require at least 7 to 10 h of darkness, whereas plants from northern latitudes need only 2 to 3 h of darkness. Bud burst, on the other hand, is almost exclusively controlled by temperature. To test the possible role of Norway spruce FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT)-like genes in growth rhythm, we have studied expression patterns of four Norway spruce FT family genes in two populations with a divergent bud set response under various photoperiodic conditions. Our data show a significant and tight correlation between growth rhythm (both bud set and bud burst), and expression pattern of one of the four Norway spruce phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein gene family members (PaFT4) over a variety of experimental conditions. This study strongly suggests that one Norway spruce homolog to the FT gene, which controls flowering in angiosperms, is also a key integrator of photoperiodic and thermal signals in the control of growth rhythms in gymnosperms. The data also indicate that the divergent adaptive bud set responses of northern and southern Norway spruce populations, both to photoperiod and light quality, are mediated through PaFT4. These results provide a major advance in our understanding of the molecular control of a major adaptive trait in conifers and a tool for further molecular studies of adaptive variation in plants.

Per verificare il possibile ruolo di abete FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT)-come geni nel ritmo di crescita, abbiamo studiato i modelli di espressione di quattro geni famiglie abete FT in due popolazioni: una risposta set bud divergenti in varie condizioni di fotoperiodicheskuiu. I nostri dati mostrano una correlazione significativa e stretta tra il ritmo di crescita (set bud e bud burst) e il pattern di espressione di uno dei quattro abeti fosfatidiletanolammina-binding protein gene membri della famiglia (PaFT4) sopra una variet&agrave; di condizioni sperimentali. Questo studio suggerisce fortemente che un abete omologo al gene FT, quali controlli di fioritura in Angiosperme, &egrave; anche un integratore chiave di segnali fotoperiodicheskuiu e termici nel controllo dei ritmi di crescita in gimnosperme. I dati indicano anche che il germoglio adattivo divergente imposta risposte del Nord e popolazioni di abete rosso di Norvegia meridionale, sia a fotoperiodo e qualit&agrave; della luce, sono mediate attraverso PaFT4. Questi risultati forniscono un importante progresso nella nostra comprensione del controllo molecolare di un tratto importante adattivo nelle conifere e uno strumento per ulteriori studi molecolari di variazione adattativa in piante.

Crecimiento de las plantas perennes posee un ciclo anual de crecimiento activo y latencia que es controlada por factores ambientales, principalmente el fotoper&iacute;odo y temperatura. En las con&iacute;feras y otras especies de nonangiosperm, actualmente se desconocen los mecanismos moleculares que detr&aacute;s de estas respuestas. En pl&aacute;ntulas de Noruega pino silvestre (Pinus sylvestris L. Karst.), abandono del h&aacute;bito de crecimiento y bud conjunto son inducidos por d&iacute;as cortos y las plantas de latitudes meridionales requieren al menos de 7 a 10 h de oscuridad, mientras que las plantas de las latitudes del norte necesitan s&oacute;lo de 2 a 3 h de oscuridad. R&aacute;faga de Bud, por otra parte, es casi exclusivamente controlado por temperatura. Para probar el posible papel de P&iacute;cea floraci&oacute;n LOCUS T (FT)-como los genes en el ritmo de crecimiento, hemos estudiado los patrones de expresi&oacute;n de genes familiares de cuatro P&iacute;cea FT en dos poblaciones con una respuesta conjunto bud divergentes en diversas condiciones fotoperi&oacute;dico. Nuestros datos muestran una correlaci&oacute;n significativa y apretada entre el ritmo de crecimiento (conjunto de bud y bud burst) y el patr&oacute;n de expresi&oacute;n de uno de los cuatro P&iacute;cea fosfatidiletanolamina-binding protein gene familiares (PaFT4) en una variedad de condiciones experimentales. Este estudio sugiere un hom&oacute;logo de P&iacute;cea al gen FT, los controles que florece en las angiospermas, tambi&eacute;n es un integrador clave de se&ntilde;ales fotoperi&oacute;dico y t&eacute;rmicas en el control de los ritmos de crecimiento en las gimnospermas. The phosphatidyl ethanolamine-binding protein (PEBP) gene family is present in all eukaryote kingdoms, with three subfamilies identified in angiosperms (FLOWERING LOCUS T [FT], MOTHER OF FT AND TFL1 [MFT], and TERMINAL FLOWER1 [TFL1] like). In angiosperms, PEBP genes have been shown to function both as promoters and suppressors of flowering and to control plant architecture. In this study, we focus on previously uncharacterized PEBP genes from gymnosperms. Extensive database searches suggest that gymnosperms possess only two types of PEBP genes, MFT-like and a group that occupies an intermediate phylogenetic position between the FT-like and TFL1-like (FT/TFL1-like). Overexpression of Picea abies PEBP genes in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) suggests that the FT/TFL1-like genes (PaFTL1 and PaFTL2) code for proteins with a TFL1-like function. However, PaFTL1 and PaFTL2 also show highly divergent expression patterns. While the expression of PaFTL2 is correlated with annual growth rhythm and mainly confined to needles and vegetative and reproductive buds, the expression of PaFTL1 is largely restricted to microsporophylls of male cones. The P. abies MFT-like genes (PaMFT1 and PaMFT2) show a predominant expression during embryo development, a pattern that is also found for many MFT-like genes from angiosperms. P. abies PEBP gene expression is primarily detected in tissues undergoing physiological changes related to growth arrest and dormancy. A first duplication event resulting in two families of plant PEBP genes (MFT-like and FT/TFL1-like) seems to coincide with the evolution of seed plants, in which independent control of bud and seed dormancy was required, and the second duplication resulting in the FT-like and TFL1-like clades probably coincided with the evolution of angiosperms.

Gen-Familie die Phosphatidyl-Ethanolamin-verbindliches Protein (PEBP) ist in allen Eukaryoten K&ouml;nigreiche, mit drei Unterfamilien in Angiospermen identifiziert (FLOWERING LOCUS T [FT], MOTHER OF FT AND TFL1 [MFT], und TERMINAL FLOWER1 [TFL1] wie). In Angiospermen wurden PEBP Gene in Funktion als F&ouml;rderer und Unterdr&uuml;cker der Bl&uuml;te und Pflanze Steuerungsarchitektur gezeigt. In dieser Studie konzentrieren wir uns auf zuvor uncharakterisiertes PEBP Gene von Nacktsamern. Umfangreiche Recherchen zufolge Nacktsamern besitzen nur zwei Arten von PEBP Gene, MFT-artige und eine Gruppe, die eine phylogenetische Zwischenposition zwischen dem FT-&auml;hnlichen und TFL1-wie (FT/TFL1-&auml;hnlich) belegt. Eine &Uuml;berexpression von Picea Abies PEBP Gene in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis Thaliana) legt nahe, dass die FT/TFL1-&auml;hnliche Gene (PaFTL1 und PaFTL2) f&uuml;r Proteine mit einer TFL1-&auml;hnliche Funktion code. PaFTL1 und PaFTL2 zeigen aber auch h&ouml;chst unterschiedliche Muster. W&auml;hrend der Ausdruck des PaFTL2 mit dem j&auml;hrlichen Wachstum Rhythmus korreliert und beschr&auml;nkt sich haupts&auml;chlich auf Nadeln und vegetativen und reproduktiven Knospen, ist der Ausdruck des PaFTL1 weitgehend auf Microsporophylls der m&auml;nnlichen Zapfen beschr&auml;nkt. Die p. Abies MFT-&auml;hnlichen Genen (PaMFT1 und PaMFT2) zeigen einen vorherrschenden Ausdruck w&auml;hrend der Embryonalentwicklung, ein Muster, das auch f&uuml;r viele MFT-&auml;hnliche Gene von Bedecktsamern gefunden wird. P. Abies PEBP Genexpression ist vor allem in Geweben, die physiologischen Ver&auml;nderungen im Zusammenhang mit Wachstumanhalten und Tumore nachgewiesen. Eine erste Vervielf&auml;ltigung Ereignis f&uuml;hrt zwei Familien der PEBP Pflanzengene (MFT-&auml;hnliche und FT/TFL1-Like) scheint zeitgleich mit der Entwicklung der Samenpflanzen, in denen unabh&auml;ngige Steuerung der Knospe und Saatgut Vegetationsruhe erforderlich war, und die zweite Vervielf&auml;ltigung, wodurch die FT-&auml;hnlichen und TFL1-wie Kladen wahrscheinlich fiel zusammen mit der Evolution der Angiospermen.

Entwicklung der PEBP gen Familie in Pflanzen: funktionelle Diversifizierung Samen Pflanze Evolution.

En angiospermas, genes PEBP han demostrado funcionar como promotores y supresores de la floraci&oacute;n y a la arquitectura de la planta de control. En este estudio, nos centramos en genes PEBP previamente desacostumbrados de gimnospermas. B&uacute;squedas de la extensa base de datos sugieren que las gimnospermas poseen s&oacute;lo dos tipos de genes PEBP, MFT-como y un grupo que ocupa una posici&oacute;n intermedia filogen&eacute;tica entre los pies y TFL1 (FT/TFL1-como). Sobreexpresi&oacute;n de genes PEBP Picea abies en Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) sugiere que los genes FT/TFL1-como (PaFTL1 y PaFTL2) codifican prote&iacute;nas con una funci&oacute;n TFL1. Sin embargo, PaFTL1 y PaFTL2 tambi&eacute;n muestran patrones de expresi&oacute;n altamente divergentes. Mientras que la expresi&oacute;n de PaFTL2 est&aacute; correlacionada con el ritmo de crecimiento anual y confinada principalmente a las agujas y las yemas vegetativas y reproductivas, la expresi&oacute;n de PaFTL1 se limita en gran medida a la microsporophylls de los conos masculinos. Los p. abies MFT-como genes (PaMFT1 y PaMFT2) muestran una expresi&oacute;n predominante durante el desarrollo del embri&oacute;n, un patr&oacute;n que se encuentra tambi&eacute;n para muchos genes de MFT-como de las angiospermas. Expresi&oacute;n del gen p. abies PEBP se detecta principalmente en tejidos sometidos a cambios fisiol&oacute;gicos relacionados con latencia y detenci&oacute;n del crecimiento. Un primer evento de duplicaci&oacute;n, resultando en dos familias de genes de planta PEBP (MFT- y FT/TFL1) parecen coincidir con la evoluci&oacute;n de las plantas de la semilla, en que el control independiente de cogollos dormancia de la semilla fue requerida y la duplicaci&oacute;n de segunda dando por resultado los clados FT-como y TFL1-como probablemente coincidi&oacute; con la evoluci&oacute;n de las angiospermas.
