Lingling Chen is a lecturer in the Guizhou Health Vocational College. He received her bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Guizhou Medical University.

She then moved to Guizhou Health Vocational College. Here she continued his research on prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases.
