Abbiamo precedentemente dimostrato che un&#39;etichetta secondaria oro-coniugato pu&ograve; essere utilizzata per ridurre il limite di rilevazione in un&#39;analisi basata sulla diffrazione da pi&ugrave; di 40-fold. Mostriamo ora che usando una combinazione di un&#39;etichetta secondaria coniugato con perossidasi e un substrato precipitante che il limite di rilevazione in un&#39;analisi basata sulla diffrazione pu&ograve; essere ridotto da pi&ugrave; di 1000-fold. La risposta all&#39;accessorio secondario era lineare per concentrazioni da 50 a 2000 pg/mL di antidigossina.

We have previously shown that a gold-conjugated secondary label can be used to reduce the limit of detection in a diffraction-based assay by more than 40-fold. We now show that by using a combination of a peroxidase-conjugated secondary label and a precipitating substrate the limit of detection in a diffraction-based assay can be reduced by more than 1000-fold. The response to secondary enhancement was linear for concentrations from 50 to 2000 pg/mL of antidigoxin.

Wir haben bereits gezeigt, dass ein Gold-konjugierten sekund&auml;ren Label verwendet werden kann, der Nachweisgrenze in einer Beugung-gegr&uuml;ndeten Probe von mehr als 40-fache zu reduzieren. Das zeigen wir jetzt mit eine Kombination aus einer sekund&auml;ren Peroxidase-konjugierten-Bezeichnung und ein beschleunigender Substrat, die Nachweisgrenze in einer Beugung-gegr&uuml;ndeten Probe mehr als Abstand reduziert werden kann.
