We implement the use of a graphics processing unit (GPU) in order to achieve real time data processing for high-throughput transmission optical projection tomography imaging. By implementing the GPU we have obtained a 300 fold performance enhancement in comparison to a CPU workstation implementation. This enables to obtain on-the-fly reconstructions enabling for high throughput imaging.

On appliquer l&#x26;#39;utilisation d&#x26;#39;une unit&#xE9; de traitement graphique (GPU) afin de r&#xE9;aliser le traitement en temps r&#xE9;el de donn&#xE9;es &#xE0; haut d&#xE9;bit de transmission de projection optique d&#x26;#39;imagerie de tomographie. En mettant en &#x153;uvre le GPU, nous avons obtenu une am&#xE9;lioration des performances 300 fois par rapport &#xE0; un poste de travail mise en &#x153;uvre du CPU. Ceci permet d&#x26;#39;obtenir sur-le-mouche reconstructions permettant d&#x26;#39;imagerie &#xE0; haut d&#xE9;bit.

Wir implementieren die Verwendung von einem Grafikprozessor (GPU) um Echtzeit-Datenverarbeitung zu erreichen f&uuml;r Hochdurchsatz-&Uuml;bertragung optischer Projektion Tomographie Imaging. Durch die Implementierung der GPU haben wir einen 300 fache Leistungssteigerung im Vergleich zu einer CPU-Arbeitsstation-Implementierung erhalten. Dadurch k&ouml;nnen on-the-Fly-Rekonstruktionen aktivieren f&uuml;r Hochdurchsatz-Bildgebung zu erhalten.

Implementare l&#39;utilizzo di un&#39;unit&agrave; di elaborazione grafica (GPU) per realizzare l&#39;elaborazione dei dati in tempo reale per l&#39;imaging di Tomografia ottica di proiezione ad alta velocit&agrave; di trasmissione. Implementando la GPU abbiamo ottenuto un miglioramento delle prestazioni di 300 volte rispetto a un&#39;implementazione di workstation CPU. Questo consente di ottenere ricostruzioni on-the-fly abilitazione per l&#39;imaging ad alta velocit&agrave; effettiva.

Nos implementar el uso de una unidad de procesamiento de gr&#xE1;ficos (GPU) con el fin de lograr tiempo real de procesamiento de datos de alto rendimiento para la transmisi&#xF3;n &#xF3;ptica de imagen tomograf&#xED;a proyecci&#xF3;n. Mediante la implementaci&#xF3;n de la GPU se ha obtenido una mejora de rendimiento de 300 veces en comparaci&#xF3;n con una implementaci&#xF3;n de estaciones de trabajo de la CPU. Esto permite obtener on-the-fly reconstrucciones que permiten obtener im&#xE1;genes de alto rendimiento.
