<li>检查头皮是否存在任何病灶；此外，应针对受试者是否患有皮肤病进行专门的访谈和检查。若存在病灶，应避免进行tDCS操作，或在适当情况下确保刺激电极不直接覆盖或跨越病灶区域。可考虑选择其他刺激部位。有报道称，部分患者在接受每日重复tDCS治疗后，电极下皮肤出现具有临床意义的刺激反应7。已有证据表明，tDCS可能因皮肤完整性受损而引发病灶。例如，有研究显示，在连续2周、每周5次、每次以2 mA强度进行tDCS刺激后，出现了广泛的红斑以及不规则圆形的褐色结痂性皮内改变25。若强烈需要或必须实施tDCS，可考虑采用较低强度（如0.5–1.0 mA）进行刺激，但无法保证此类调整可完全避免皮肤刺激或病灶形成。因此，应在tDCS治疗前后检查电极下皮肤状况7。</li>
<li>检查电缆连接器是否存在电解现象。如发现异常，应更换另一对电缆。建议在使用约两个月后对电缆进行检查。</li>

在进行主动或假性经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）期间，应始终询问受试者是否仍感觉舒适并能够继续进行操作。
