聚集体沉淀后，吸出上清液，并将聚集体重新悬浮在预热的第三阶段诱导培养基中。使用 5 毫升血清移液管，以每孔 1 毫升的速度将聚集体重新分配到 24 孔超低附着板中。在培养的第 10 天进行完全培养基更换。
