然后从冰柜中取出配体，在层流罩中的冰中解冻。简要轻拂并旋转每个管。使用制造商推荐的缓冲液将配体稀释为 200 倍的工作库存。

许多影响是配体驱动的，因为 ECM 条件没有强烈影响细胞号或 EdU 的积极性。Natagen 1 是一个明显的例外，因为此 ECM 分子的存在会抑制 MCF7 的细胞结合和生长。配体，如FGF6和neuregulin-1α增强细胞数，具有高率的EdU合并率，而配体，如安菲鲁林和内鲁古林-1SMDF抑制细胞结合和细胞生长。
