1. 研究参与者
<ol>
	<li>招募报告玩网络游戏的个体（游戏组）和报告不玩网络游戏的个体（非游戏组）。 
	注意：本研究中，游戏组包括根据《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》23 具有两项或以上网络游戏障碍（IGD）症状的个体，或平均每天玩游戏至少一小时的个体。非游戏组仅接受基线脑部FDG-PET扫描，以与游戏组比较脑葡萄糖代谢率（rCMRglu），不接受经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）干预。</li>
	<li>对于两组参与者，排除存在以下情况的个体：(a) 重大医学、精神或神经系统疾病；(b) 创伤性脑损伤史；(c) 酒精或其他物质滥用或依赖史；(d) 使用精神类药物；或 (e) 经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）的任何禁忌证，如严重头痛、颅内金属植入物、癫痫发作史、癫痫、脑部手术史，或tDCS电极拟放置部位的皮肤存在病变或其他医学问题。</li>

2. 基线评估
<ol>
	<li>使用以下问卷评估临床特征：网络成瘾测试（Internet Addiction Test, IAT）24 和简式自我控制量表（Brief Self Control Scale, BSCS）25。此外，要求参与者报告每周玩游戏的平均小时数。 
	注意：在 IAT 问卷中，将“&#34;Internet&#34;”替换为“&#34;online games&#34;”，以评估网络游戏成瘾的严重程度。</li>
	<li>进行脑部 FDG-PET 扫描。
	<ol>
		<li>向参与者注射 185 - 222 MBq 的 FDG，并让其静息 45 分钟作为摄取期，在此期间参与者保持清醒状态，闭眼仰卧于黑暗且安静的房间内。</li>

3. tDCS 的应用
<ol>
	<li>在基线评估后一周内，对参与者进行经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）。准备tDCS会话所需材料：一台tDCS设备、湿巾、生理盐水溶液、两个海绵电极（直径6 cm）、一根电缆、一个头帽和一条头带。</li>
	<li>让参与者坐在椅子上。</li>
	<li>设置tDCS设备的刺激参数：2 mA，持续30分钟（电流密度 = 0.07 mA/cm2）。设置电流在30秒内逐渐上升至2.0 mA，保持2.0 mA达29分钟，最后在最后30秒内逐渐下降至0 mA。</li>
	<li>将头帽（国际10-20系统）戴在参与者头部，标记左侧背外侧前额叶皮层（F3）和右侧背外侧前额叶皮层（F4），然后取下头帽。</li>
	<li>将两个海绵电极放入头带的橡胶固定夹中，并用生理盐水充分浸湿。</li>
	<li>清除电极放置区域头皮上的化妆品、污垢或汗液。</li>
	<li>将头带置于标记位置，使阳极电极位于左侧DLPFC上方，阴极电极位于右侧DLPFC上方。</li>

经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）是一种非侵入性脑刺激技术，通过附着在头皮上的电极施加微弱电流（1-2 mA），以调节神经元膜电位。通常情况下，阳极电极下的皮层兴奋性增加，而阴极电极下的皮层兴奋性降低16。与其他脑刺激技术（如经颅磁刺激TMS，后者利用磁场脉冲在线圈下方的脑组织中产生电流）相比，tDCS因其操作简便、成本低廉且安全性高而成为一种广受欢迎的方法。根据最近的一项综述，传统tDCS方案的使用未引起任何严重不良反应或不可逆损伤，仅在刺激区域引起轻微且短暂的瘙痒或刺痛感17。

在基线时，参与研究的网络游戏使用者报告每周玩游戏的平均小时数，填写成瘾症状和自我控制能力的相关问卷，并接受脑部18F-氟-2-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描（FDG-PET）。经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）方案包括在4周内对背外侧前额叶皮层（DLPFC）进行12次刺激（阳极置于F3，阴极置于F4，每次2 mA，持续30分钟）。随后，采用与基线相同的方案进行随访评估。不玩网络游戏的个体仅接受基线FDG-PET扫描，不接受tDCS干预。研究分析游戏玩家临床特征的变化以及DLPFC区域脑葡萄糖代谢率（rCMRglu）的不对称性变化。此外，在基线时比较游戏玩家与非游戏玩家之间rCMRglu的不对称性。
在我们的实验中，15名游戏玩家接受了经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）干预，并完成了基线期和随访期的扫描。10名非游戏玩家在基线期接受了氟脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描（FDG-PET）。tDCS减轻了成瘾症状，减少了游戏时间，并增强了自我控制能力。此外，基线期背外侧前额叶皮层（DLPFC）区域脑葡萄糖代谢率（rCMRglu）的异常不对称性在tDCS干预后得到缓解。

共招募了15名游戏玩家（表1）和10名非游戏玩家。游戏玩家组的平均年龄（21.3 ± 1.4）显著低于非游戏玩家组（28.8 ± 7.5）（t = -3.81，p &lt; 0.001）。游戏玩家组中有8名男性，非游戏玩家组中有6名男性（χ2 = 0.11，p = 0.74）。
采用线性混合模型分析行为学结果表明，经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）干预显著降低了游戏成瘾者的内隐联想测验（IAT）得分（z = -4.29，p &lt; 0.001）、每周游戏时长（z = -2.41，p = 0.02），并改善了行为成瘾严重程度量表（BSCS）得分（z = 2.80，p = 0.01）（表1 和 图1）。在tDCS干预过程中未报告任何不良事件。
