立即使用带图案的盖玻片，或将其存放在远离直射光的地方，直至进一步使用。在制备PAA水凝胶前驱体之前，从冰箱中除去丙烯酸NHS酯以达到室温，然后再打开。用70%乙醇灭菌，准备可互换的盖玻片皿，然后在生物安全柜中在紫外线下孵育至少30分钟。
在通风橱下，将1.25毫升在去离子水中制备的40%丙烯酰胺加入15毫升锥形管中。在同一管中，加入175微升在去离子水中制备的双丙烯酰胺溶液。然后加入500微升10X PBS，然后加入2.915毫升去离子水。
