与SHAM组相比,MI组观察到心力衰竭指标,例如左心室质量增加,射血分数降低和心输出量减少。Masson 下、中、上脑室部分的三色染色显示梗死心脏中的胶原蛋白染色增加,表明纤维化增强。在大多数情况下,动脉是不可行的。
