通过精确控制制造深度和量化材料比例,我们可以获得具有非常稳定的机械性能的层压板。这种方法确保了不同批次的测试结果具有高度可重复性。用于制造复合材料层压板的 eWLB 工艺使用真空袋去除气泡。
与其他工艺相比,该工艺具有很多优点。它需要简单的设备,涉及的工艺技术并不复杂,产品也不受尺寸或形状的限制。
