1. 实验设置与操作步骤

复杂环境中的显著目标检测端到端深度神经网络

End-To-End Deep Neural Network for Salient Object Detection in Complex Environments

显著性目标检测已成为计算机视觉领域中一个新兴的研究热点。然而，现有算法在复杂多变的环境中检测显著性目标时，其精度往往显著下降。针对这一突出问题，本文提出了一种端到端的深度神经网络，旨在复杂环境中实现显著性目标的检测。该研究提出了一种端到端的深度神经网络，用于在复杂环境中检测显著性目标。该网络由两个相互关联的组件构成：像素级多尺度全卷积网络和深度编码器-解码器网络，通过融合上下文语义信息，在多尺度特征图上生成视觉对比度，同时结合深层与浅层图像特征，以提升目标边界的识别精度。此外，引入全连接条件随机场（CRF）模型，进一步增强了显著性图的空间一致性和轮廓清晰度。所提出的算法在SOD和ECSSD数据库上与10种当前主流算法进行了广泛对比评估。实验结果表明，该算法在精度与准确率方面均优于其他方法，验证了其在复杂环境中进行显著性目标检测的有效性。

我们的研究范围涵盖显著性物体检测、计算机视觉、图像处理等领域。我们致力于推动显著性物体检测的应用，例如在智能电网中用于绝缘子的检测。下一步的研究进展将涉及将显著性物体检测算法迁移至智能电网场景中进行学习与优化。卷积神经网络能够更有效地提取图像中的显著信息，从而提升显著目标检测的处理效果。因此，它们推动了显著目标检测领域的研究进展。我们的研究成果提高了显著目标检测的准确性，并实现了算法的迁移应用，例如在智能电网中有效分割和检测绝缘子。首先，在 Python 中加载深度学习库，例如 PyTorch。导入 torch 以及 torch vision 模型作为 models。接下来，加载预训练的 VCG16 模型。为了生成DCL算法的伪代码，将图像数据集SOD输入到输入字段中，并使用训练好的DCL模型作为输出字段。现在使用VGG16骨干网络初始化DCL模型。对图像数据集进行预处理，然后将数据集划分为训练集和验证集。定义用于训练DCL模型的损失函数。将训练超参数设置为：学习率为0.0001，训练轮数设为50，批量大小为8，优化器为adam。融合DCL网络与DEDN网络的输出，并利用全连接条件随机场模型对显著性图进行优化。要处理图像，请点击运行代码以打开图形用户界面。然后，点击“打开图像”以选择待检测的图像。接着，点击“显示图像”以展示所选图像。单击“开始检测”以检测所选图像。最后，按下“选择保存路径”并选择合适的文件位置以保存图像结果。从算法中移除DCL模型导致F-beta值下降以及EMA值上升。该算法仅移除了 DEDN 结构。与完整模块相比，F-beta 值出现类似的下降，同时 EMAE 值有所上升。DCL 算法在检测 SOD 数据库中的图像时能够描述目标边界，但在有效过滤背景方面存在困难。然而，DEDN 算法增强了目标边界，但抑制了背景冗余信息。
