Chirale Amino-Alkohole sind vielseitige Moleküle für den Einsatz als Gerüste in der organischen Synthese. Ausgehend von L-Lysin, synthetisieren wir amino Alkohole durch eine enzymatische Kaskade Reaktion kombiniert Diastereoselective C-H-Oxidation katalysiert durch Dioxygenase gefolgt von Spaltung der Carbonsäure glyko-der entsprechenden Hydroxyl Aminosäure durch eine Decarboxylase.
