Hier wird eine Methode zum Screening von Lipidstrukturen durch Markierung stabiler Isotope unter Verwendung ihrer Retentionszeit, Mobilität und Fragmentierung vorgestellt.
Diese Forschung zielt darauf ab, eine spezifischere Quantifizierung in lipidomischen Proben unter Verwendung der Markierung stabiler Isotope durchzuführen. Dies ermöglicht es uns, Lipid-Panels und sehr unterschiedliche Proben von Insekten bis hin zum Menschen zu verstehen.
