High-throughput Methodology

High-throughput methodology is a set of experimental and analytical strategies that rapidly processes large numbers of samples, measurements, or conditions, making it valuable for systematic biological investigation. It typically combines miniaturized assays, automation, parallel processing, standardized workflows, and computational analysis to generate and interpret extensive datasets efficiently. In immunology and infection research, these approaches can compare immune-cell responses, characterize pathogen-associated signals, evaluate diagnostic markers, and screen candidate antimicrobial or immunomodulatory treatments. By increasing experimental scale and consistency, high-throughput methodology helps reveal patterns that may be missed in individual assays and supports data-driven studies of host-pathogen interactions.

Introduction to New Approach Methodologies (NAMs)

2026

All animal procedures described here must be conducted in accordance with institutional animal ethics guidelines and approved by IACUC. All procedures must follow the principles of the 3Rs—Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement—and must be performed by trained personnel. New approach methodologies (NAMs) are innovative scientific approaches that generate biological data while reducing reliance on traditional vertebrate animal models. As part of the broader effort to implement the principles of...

Synthetic Methodology for Asymmetric Ferrocene Derived Bio-conjugate Systems via Solid Phase Resin-based Methodology
