Polysome profil çıkarma tekniği genel amacı, protein sentezi sırasında translasyonel etkinlik bireysel mRNA'ların veya transcriptome mRNA'ların analizidir. Protein sentezi yönetmelik, çeviri harekete geçirmek ve baskı sağlık ve birden çok insan hastalıkları için önemli bir yöntemdir.
