Oviduct Transfer

Oviduct transfer is an assisted reproductive procedure in which gametes or early embryos are placed directly into the oviduct, the tube connecting the ovary with the uterus. A catheter delivers the biological material into the tube, where sperm and eggs may meet or a developing embryo can continue early growth before moving naturally toward the uterus. In reproductive medicine, the technique supports selected fertility treatments and provides an alternative route to uterine transfer in specific clinical settings. It also helps researchers study fertilization, embryo development, tubal transport, and factors that influence implantation and reproductive outcomes.

Embryo Transfer Into Rabbit: A Procedure for Laparoscopy-Guided Transfer of Embryos Into Oviduct of Ovulating Recipient Female Rabbit Model

2025

This video describes the technique of transferring embryos into the oviduct of a recipient female rabbit via Laparoscopy. It allows embryo remodeling in rabbits during its migration through the oviduct, eventually helping in successful implantation. This technique can also be used for stored embryos with good efficiency.

Culture of normal cells in their three-dimensional context represents an alternative method to study early events required for cellular transformation and tumorigenesis. This method is used to grow normal ovarian and oviductal cells to study early events in ovarian cancer formation.

Improved Genome Editing via Oviductal Nucleic Acids Delivery-based In Vivo Electroporation Technique for Knockout Mice Generation

The efficiency of the Improved Genome Editing via Oviductal Nucleic Acids Delivery (I-GONAD) method is comparable to traditional microinjection, which requires zygote collection from donor females and transfer to pseudo-pregnant females. This protocol demonstrates its effectiveness by introducing CRISPR/Cas9-induced mutations into the ROSA26 locus on chromosome 6.

Microdissection and Dissociation of the Murine Oviduct: Individual Segment Identification and Single Cell Isolation

A method for microdissection of the mouse oviduct that allows collection of the individual segments while maintaining RNA integrity is presented. In addition, non-enzymatic oviductal cell dissociation procedure is described. The methods are appropriate for subsequent gene and protein analysis of the functionally different oviductal segments and dissociated oviductal cells.

Transfer pricing is the process of setting prices for goods, services, or intangible assets exchanged between divisions, subsidiaries, or related entities within the same organization. Although these transactions occur within a single company, transfer prices are important for evaluating divisional performance, allocating resources, and supporting managerial decision-making. They affect the reported revenues, costs, and profitability of individual business units.Organizations use several...
