Nous introduisons un roman "workflow" pour microscopie électronique enquêtes du tissu cérébral. La méthode permet à l’utilisateur d’examiner les fonctions neuronales de façon impartiale. Pour l’analyse élémentaire, nous présentons également un script qui automatizes la majeure partie du flux de travail pour l’échantillonnage aléatoire.
