Cette étude illustre le potentiel méthodologique de la combinaison de la radioembolisation transartérielle à l’yttrium-90 (Y-90 TARE) avec un anticorps monoclonal anti--1 en tant que stratégie néoadjuvante efficace conduisant à l’hépatectomie chez les patients atteints d’un carcinome hépatocellulaire (CHC) présentant un risque initial élevé de récidive. Il met l’accent sur la sécurité, la faisabilité et l’orientation procédurale étape par étape de cette approche.
