Step 3.1.1 in the Protocol was updated from:

Add 80 µl of 1 mM Pefa Bloc and 60 mg of octyl-β-D-glucopyranaside to 3,920 µl of Citrate Phosphate Buffer. (See supplemental spreadsheet calculator for alternative scaling).

to:
