Team Dynamics

Team dynamics are the patterns of interaction, communication, and influence that shape how members of a group work together and why some teams perform more effectively than others. These dynamics develop through roles, group norms, leadership, cohesion, conflict, and the way members exchange information and make decisions. In psychology, researchers examine how individual attitudes and behaviors combine with social processes to affect trust, motivation, coordination, and performance. Understanding team dynamics supports better collaboration in workplaces, classrooms, healthcare settings, and research groups while helping organizations identify barriers to inclusion, manage constructive conflict, and design more effective teams.

A reversible chemical reaction represents a chemical process that proceeds in both forward (left to right) and reverse (right to left) directions. When the rates of the forward and reverse reactions are equal, the concentrations of the reactant and product species remain constant over time and the system is at equilibrium. A special double arrow is used to emphasize the reversible nature of the reaction. The relative concentrations of reactants and products in equilibrium systems vary greatly;...
