Aggregate Pore Effects on Specific Gravity

Aggregate specific gravity depends on the pores inside the material. These pores may be permeable or impermeable, so the same aggregate can be described in more than one way. For this reason, specific gravity is grouped into bulk or gross specific gravity, apparent specific gravity, and absolute specific gravity.

骨材の比重は、特定の温度での蒸留水の密度に対する骨材の密度の比です。

骨材の密度は、その細孔が水を透過性または不透過性であることに依存し、これに基づいて骨材の比重は3種類に区別されます。

バルク比重または総比重は、凝集体の密度を、固体や空隙を含む凝集体の総体積に対する飽和表面乾燥状態の凝集体の質量の比率と見なします。

一方、見かけの比重は、骨材の密度を、不浸透性の空隙のみを含む骨材の体積に対する骨材の乾燥質量の比として指定します。

最後に、絶対比重は、骨材の乾燥質量と骨材の体積の比率として骨材の密度を決定します。これは、すべてのボイドを除いたものです。
