私たちは、 眠れる森の美女 (SB)トランスポゾンシステムを用いて色素上皮由来因子(PEDF)をコードする遺伝子をエレクトロポレーションすることにより、初代ヒト色素上皮細胞をトランスフェクトするプロトコルを開発しました。トランスフェクションの成功は、定量的ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応(qPCR)、イムノブロッティング、および酵素結合免疫吸着アッセイ(ELISA)によって実証されました。
