毛細管内の血液と溶血試薬を、毛細管内に赤血が残らなくなるまで一定速度で15~20回ひっくり返して混合する。蓋を開け、溶液を血球検出モジュールに圧入してサンプル分析を開始します。次に、倉庫の入庫ボタンを押します。
血球検出モジュールが倉庫に入ったら、カウントボタンを押します。分析器のインターフェースでOKボタンを2回クリックして、血球検出モジュールが取り出されたことを確認します。アナライザのインターフェイスで印刷ボタンをクリックして、テスト結果を印刷します。
アナライザーをオフにするには、アナライザーインターフェイスのシャットダウンボタンをクリックし、インターフェイスにポップアップするダイアログボックスで[はい]を選択します。システムがシャットダウン・シーケンスの実行を開始することを確認します。シャットダウン・シーケンスの完了後に、メインフレーム背面のスイッチのオフ・スイッチまたはイン・スイッチをオフに設定します。
