覚醒時の経鼻気管挿管のための柔軟な鼻喉頭鏡

The Flexible Rhino-Laryngoscope for Awake Nasotracheal Intubation

この記事では、300 mm の柔軟な鼻喉頭鏡を使用した覚醒時の鼻気管挿管の手法について詳しく説明することを目的としています。最初の研究では、34歳から82歳までの連続した患者32人のうち25人が覚醒状態での気管挿管に適していると考えられ、試験に含まれました(表1)8。各患者の気管は、柔軟な鼻喉頭鏡を使用して正常に挿管されました。片方の鼻孔から挿管チューブを挿入してから気管内挿管の確認までの平均±標準偏差時間は、フリーバッグの動きとカプノグラフィーで示され、76秒±36秒でした(図2)8。研究患者の病理は腫瘍性でした(図3)8。
患者は重大な事故なしに処置に耐え、処置後24時間の質問票8に記入する際に軽度または不快感がないと宣言しました。大きな合併症は発生しませんでした。患者は、心拍数、動脈圧、または酸素飽和度8に有意な変動を示さなかった。
