Procurement of Parathyroid Glands from Living Donor Pigs and Ex Vivo Identification

この研究の主な結果には、在来種ブタから副甲状腺を抽出することに成功し、その後の分析を行い、その生存率と完全性を確認することが挙げられます。その結果をまとめると、以下のとおりです。副甲状腺組織の同定は、透過照明 によって 術中に確認されました(図1A)。抽出後、組織の2つの小さなサンプルを収集しました(それぞれ約10%)。1つのサンプルを1 mLのDMEM-F12培地の皿プレートでみじん切りにしました。みじん切り後、上清から1 mLを採取し、術中PTHアッセイでPTHレベルを評価した(図1C)。組織の副甲状腺の性質が確認された場合、上清中のレベルは通常1000 pg / mLを超えます。
