ここでは、医療機器にキャストされたポリビニルアルコール膜にタンパク質治療薬を結合させることにより、医療機器をタンパク質治療薬と誘導体化するためのプロトコルを紹介します。タンパク質ベースの治療薬のコンジュゲーションは、局所的かつ濃縮的な送達を可能にし、オフターゲット効果を最小限に抑えながら、投与に必要な薬剤量を大幅に削減する費用対効果の高いアプローチです。
