Experimental Infection of Mice with the Parasitic Nematode Strongyloides ratti

S. ratti は、感染部位から主に頭部に移動し、その後、正確には定義されていない経路で腸に移動します。頭部組織と腸の正確な局在を調べるために、C57BL/6マウスに1000 iL3を左後足パッドに感染させました。マウスを1日目から14日目に犠牲にしました p.i.および S.ratti 寄生虫は、前部および後部の頭部、脳、および肺(図2)、ならびに十二指腸、空腸、回腸、盲腸、および結腸(図3)で定量されました。
