The Role of Indocyanine Green Fluorescence in Complex Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Navigation

プロトコル(図2)で概説されている外科的処置に続いて、蛍光ガイド下腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術(LC)は、困難な胆嚢を持つ3人の患者に成功裏に実施されました。開腹手術への転換はなく、手術中に胆管損傷(BDI)が発生することはありませんでした。蛍光モードでは、添付のビデオで示されているように、胆汁の漏出は観察されませんでした。術中および術後の転帰を 表 1 にまとめます。
