Automatic Laser-based Geometry Capture for Finite Element Analysis of Weld Beads

各座標系におけるキャリブレーション成分の計算された半径と基準球間の距離を 表 2 に示します。各基準球位置のCMMと電子ポイント検出の間の誤差は小さく、0.1mm未満です。これらの技術はどちらも、基準球とスタイラスの間の物理的接触に依存しています。球体を特定するときにレーザースキャナーによって誘発される誤差は、それに比べてやや大きく、1〜2 mmで支配的です。基準球の位置に対する変換行列の適用を 図14に示します。 図15 は、キャプチャ方法の終点であるFEAパッケージにインポートされたメッシュ化されたフルビーズを示しています。
