Technical Approach for Structural Analysis of an Unknown Compound in Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid based on Linear Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry

まずすべてのm/z情報を集計し、その後親イオンと断片イオンの質量差値を計算する必要があると提案しました。データベースや文献に報告されている化合物を見つけ、その既知の構造に基づいて未知の化合物構造を逆に推論しました。
検出されたすべての化合物とその断片イオンはm/z値で示されました。これらの断片イオンの一部は認証済みリファレンス標準20に照合可能でした。未知の標的化合物構造は、これらの構造的に診断可能な中間体を系統的に機能基修飾することで段階的に組み立てられました。
