Anatomical Movements

해부학적 움직임은 표준 해부학적 위치를 참조하여 뼈와 근육의 움직임을 설명합니다. 이러한 움직임은 종종 반대 방향의 보완적인 움직임과 쌍을 이룹니다.  
많은 움직임이 전두엽, 시상 또는 횡방향 해부학적 평면을 따라 이동합니다.
정면 평면 이동은 팔을 어깨 높이로 옆으로 올리고 팔을 몸의 옆으로 다시 내리는 것과 같이 신체의 정중선을 향하거나 멀어지는 곳에서 발생합니다.
시상면의 움직임은 걷는 동안 팔을 앞뒤로 움직이는 것과 같이 사람의 앞쪽과 뒤쪽 사이를 이동합니다.
횡면 이동에는 머리를 좌우로 돌리는 것과 같은 회전 및 비틀림이 포함됩니다.

해부학적 움직임

해부학적 움직임은 신체의 관절과 근육이 수행할 수 있는 다양한 동작이나 동작을 의미합니다. 이러한 움직임은 다양한 관절의 움직임 범위를 논의하고 이해하는 표준화된 방법을 제공하기 위해 특정 용어를 사용하여 설명됩니다. 다음은 일반적인 해부학적 움직임입니다: 굴곡 및 신전 동작은 시상(전후) 동작 평면에서 이루어집니다. 이러한 움직임은 어깨, 엉덩이, 팔꿈치, 무릎, 손목, 중수지절, 중족지절 및 지절간 관절에서 발생합니다. 머리나 척추를 앞쪽으로 구부리는 것은 굴곡이고, 뒤쪽으로 향하는 움직임은 폄입니다. 두 신체 부위 사이의 각도가 곧게 펴지거나 늘어나는 것입니다. 예를 들어 팔꿈치를 곧게 펴거나 다리를 곧게 펴는 등의 동작이 확장의 예입니다. 외전 및 내전은 관상(내측-측면) 운동 평면에서 사지, 손, 손가락 또는 발가락의 동작입니다. 팔다리나 손을 몸에서 옆으로 움직이거나 손가락이나 발가락을 벌리는 것은 외전입니다. 내전은 팔다리나 손을 몸의 중앙선 쪽으로 또는 가로질러 가져오거나 손가락이나 발가락을 모으는 것입니다. 회전은 굴곡, 내전, 신전 및 외전 동작의 순차적 조합을 사용하여 팔다리, 손 또는 손가락을 원형 패턴으로 움직이는 것입니다. 내전/외전 및 회전은 어깨, 고관절, 손목, 중수지절 및 중족지절 관절에서 발생합니다. 횡단면을 따른 목과 몸의 회전은 인접한 척추뼈의 많은 작은 회전 운동으로 인해 발생하는 비틀림 운동입니다. 머리를 좌우로 돌리거나 몸을 비틀는 것이 회전입니다. 어깨에서 상지 또는 엉덩이에서 하지의 내측 및 외측 회전은 사지의 전면을 신체의 정중선(내측 또는 내회전) 쪽으로 돌리거나 정중선에서 멀어지는 방향(측방 또는 외회전)을 포함합니다.

Body joint motion terms describe how bones and muscles move at different joints. These standard names make it easier to talk about range of motion in the body. They are used to describe actions at the shoulder, hip, elbow, knee, wrist, fingers, toes, and spine.

Flexion and extension are movements in the sagittal plane, also called the anterior-posterior plane. Flexion is the forward bending motion of the head or vertebral column. Extension is the backward movement or straightening of a joint, which increases the angle between two body parts. Examples include straightening the elbow or extending the leg.

Abduction and adduction happen in the coronal plane, also called the medial-lateral plane. Abduction moves a limb, hand, finger, or toe away from the body’s midline. It also includes spreading the fingers or toes. Adduction brings the limb, hand, fingers, or toes back toward the midline or together.

Circumduction is a circular movement of a limb, hand, or finger. It combines flexion, adduction, extension, and abduction in sequence. This motion can occur at the shoulder, hip, wrist, metacarpophalangeal joints, and metatarsophalangeal joints.

Rotation is a twisting movement in the transverse plane. Neck and body rotation come from many small rotational movements between nearby vertebrae. Turning the head from side to side is one example.

Medial and lateral rotation also occur at the shoulder and hip. In medial, or internal, rotation, the front of the limb turns toward the body’s midline. In lateral, or external, rotation, the front of the limb turns away from the midline.

Homeostasis keeps the body’s internal conditions stable. The body does this by holding each physiological condition near a set point. A set point is the value around which the normal range changes, and the normal range is the small group of values that is healthiest and most stable. Human body temperature is a common example.
