Cr2032 Coin Cell

A CR2032 coin cell is a small, 3-volt lithium battery designed to provide compact, reliable power for low-energy electronic devices. It generates electricity through a redox reaction between a lithium anode and a manganese dioxide cathode, while an electrolyte enables lithium-ion transport and a separator prevents direct electrical contact between the electrodes. Its standardized 20 mm diameter and 3.2 mm thickness support consistent integration into circuit boards, sensors, calculators, watches, medical devices, and memory-backup systems. In engineering, CR2032 cells are valued for long shelf life, stable voltage, and straightforward replacement, making them useful for portable and embedded electronics.

2026

An Initial Coin Offering (ICO) is a fundraising method cryptocurrency startups use to raise capital. It allows companies to bypass traditional financial institutions like banks or venture capital firms and directly raise funds from the public. ICOs are often compared to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the stock market, but investors receive digital tokens instead of shares. In an ICO, a company issues its cryptocurrency or tokens and sells them to investors in exchange for established...
