Acapulco Parcellation

Acapulco Parcellation is an automated neuroimaging technique that divides the cerebellum into anatomically defined lobules from structural magnetic resonance images, enabling consistent analysis of cerebellar organization. The method uses a convolutional neural network trained on manually labeled scans to identify cerebellar boundaries and assign voxel-level anatomical labels in T1-weighted MRI data. By reducing the time and subjectivity of manual tracing, Acapulco Parcellation supports studies of cerebellar structure, individual anatomical variation, and changes associated with neurological or psychiatric conditions. Its standardized, reproducible outputs can also improve comparisons across participants and facilitate large-scale neuroscience research.

Cited by 6 •

2014

In recent years, there has been increasing interest in estimating the cortical sources of scalp measured electrical activity for cognitive neuroscience experiments. This article describes how high density EEG is acquired and how recordings are processed for cortical source estimation in children from the age of 2 years at the London Baby Lab.

How to Measure Cortical Folding from MR Images: a Step-by-Step Tutorial to Compute Local Gyrification Index

Measuring gyrification (cortical folding) at any age represents a window into early brain development. Hence, we previously developed an algorithm to measure local gyrification at thousands of points over the hemisphere1. In this paper, we detail the computation of this local gyrification index.

The goal of this protocol is to manufacture pathogen-specific clinical-grade T cells using a bench-top, automated, second generation cell enrichment device that incorporates a closed cytokine capture system and does not require dedicated staff or use of a GMP facility. The cytomegalovirus pp65-specific-T cells generated can be directly administered to patients.
