복합 여드름의 쥐 모델

A Rat Model of Compound Acne

두께와 피부 외관 7일째부터 21일째까지 OA 그룹과 OA + C. 여드름 그룹의 귀는 NC 및 C. 여드름 그룹의 귀보다 유의하게 두꺼웠습니다. 25일째 되는 날, OA 그룹, C. 여드름 그룹, OA + C. 여드름 그룹의 귀는 NC 그룹의 귀보다 유의하게 두꺼웠다(p &lt; 0.05). 실험 중 귀의 평균 두께는 그림 2 및 표 2에 나타내었다.
7일째부터 25일째까지 OA 그룹과 OA + C. 여드름 그룹의 귀가 두꺼워지고 침범되었으며 홍반, 비늘 및 면포가 동반되었습니다. 쥐들은 때때로 귀를 긁는 것이 관찰되었고, 이로 인해 출혈이 발생했다. 25일째 되는 날, C. 여드름 그룹과 OA + C. 여드름 그룹의 귀에서 구진이 발견되었습니다(그림 3).
조직병리학 모낭에서 부각화증(parakeratosis)과 과각화증(hyperkeratosis)이 관찰되었으며, OA 그룹 및 OA + C. 여드름 그룹의 귀에서 입상층과 가시층의 비대, 모낭 내 모낭의 확장이 관찰되었습니다. C. acnes 및 OA + C. acnes 그룹의 진피는 림프구와 호중구를 포함한 혼합 염증 세포 침윤을 보였다. 또한, 진피는 C. acnes 및 OA + C. acnes 에서 적혈구 유출 및 농양의 상당한 존재를 나타냈습니다(그림 4). 그림 5에서 보는 바와 같이 병리학적 점수는 NC 그룹에 비해 C. acnes 그룹 및 OA 그룹에서 증가를 보여주었으며 점수는 NC 및 OA 그룹보다 OA + C. acnes 그룹에서 유의하게 높았습니다(p &lt; 0.05).
아이아이씨 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이, TNF-α는 C. acnes 및 OA + C. acnes 그룹의 진피에서 높게 발현되었다.
